Komolafe Olaiya was born on the 19th June, 1963 in Ilesha local government, Ilesha, Osun state.

He attended Islamic mission school, Odo-oye, Oyo state(1973-79), Ejioku community secondary school, Lagelu L.G, Oyo state(1980-85), Ibadan polytechnic(1986-89)where he studied mass communications.

He is an independent broadcaster presenting LABEORUN (Mondays), OLEKENKA (Wednesday), and OPONLA (Thursdays).Being an independent broadcaster, he also present in MITV lagos(olekenka), Osun Radio(labeorun), OyoRadio(aji sayo), Ondo Radio(olekenka).

He is happily married and blessed with children.
