State, Niger State, Sokoto State Zamfara State and
beyond the shores of the country.
- We are centrally located as the gateway town between
the Southern and Northern parts of the Country. For
this reason, the industrial and economic tempo of
the activities of the state has increased considerably.
- Due to the strategic geographical location of our
station, we have an immense advantage over other stations.
Our ability to penetrate both the North and the South

campaigns. To keep the message simple and effective,

Terms and Conditions
- Advertisers are advised to supply schedule of advert
booked for, the advert script and tape materials to
the station.However, the corporation has the right
to change the time and days of transmission as a result
of unforeseen circumstances.
- Advertisers should give 7days notice before commencement
of campaign (Advertising).
- Seven days notice is required for cancellation and/or
suspension of a campaign.
- Advertisers wishing to effect change in copy must
give seven days notice.
- The corporation may from time to time make special
changes and or conditions for certain types of advertisements
or for booking at certain special period.
- The advertisers warrants and undertakes that it
will identify and keep the corporations indemnified
against all actions, proceedings, cost, damages, expenses,
penalties, claims and liabilities arising from breach
of copyright or broadcast for the advertiser.
- The corporation at anytime, may without incurring
any liability whatsoever to the advertiser:
- Add or delete, change or otherwise amend advert
copy if so required by government regulations
or if in opinion of the corporation, the advertisement
contains unsuitable copy but the advertiser shall
remain liable to pay for any such advertisement.
- The corporation shall decline to broadcast any
material without giving any reason for declining
but the advertiser shall not be liable to pay
for any such advertisements.
- If as a result to transmission failure that, an
advertisement is broadcast on one wave length presently,
only although it is normal practice of the corporation
to broadcast on two or more wave lengths, then the
corporation shall compensate the advertiser in such
a manner as the corporation deem reasonable until
when the Broadcast on AM/FM commences and the only
transmission on Band/Wave length paid for.
- New clients/advertising agencies do not enjoy credit
facilities of the corporation. Orders from such adverting
agencies shall be treated on “PRE-PAYMENT BASIS”
until such a time the client in satisfied with the
corporation conditions of granting credit facility
and prompt payment allowance is allowed on exceptional
condition only.
The placing of an order with the
corporation by the advertiser will be deemed an acceptance
of these terms and condition by the advertiser.
