HHL Agric Fair: Farmers Admonished to Key into Event

A call has gone to farmers in Kwara State to key into the second edition of International Agric Fair initiative organized by Harmony Holdings Limited slated for November, this year to add value to their production.
The Group Divisional Head, Agric, Harmony Holdings Limited, Mrs Iyabo Amaajo made the call while participating in a Radio Kwara interactive Programme the Platform.
Mrs Amaajo explained that the fair is geared towards creating Agricultural Value Chain through support between genuine famers and Agric Experts for effective collection of data.
Mrs Amaajo noted that Harmony Holdings has three thousand, two hundred cooperative societies in both crops and livestock farming in its record pointing out that the aim is to assist farmers to be able to produce in quality and large quantity.
She announced that the Harmony Holdings would provide funding window for real famers to increase the scope of their production and financial strength as seventy percent of their Agric Proposals would be financed by the organization.
The Group Divisional Head Agric assured that the participating farmers would be trained in various farming skills to enhance their productivity.
